My practice is focused on assisting my clients to protect their families from taxes and potential creditors.
My clients include young families just getting started with the building of their estates, executives and business owners with estates in excess of $15,000,000, and everyone between.
Every adult, from the age of 18, should have an advanced directive for healthcare and power of attorney to ensure that his of her affairs are attended to in the event of his or her incapacity.
Every parent should have a will to ensure that the appropriate guardians and trustees are appointed to care for his or her children in the event of his or her passing during the child's minority.
Every small business owner should have a succession plan that is coordinated with his or her overall estate plan to ensure both the continuity of management of the business and equitable treatment of his or her beneficiaries.
