Chose Joanne after reading her many 5* reviews. I can see why. I’m adding another. She was on top of everything, communicated frequently and clearly, and covered items I totally missed (like searching for local sex offenders). She recommended inspectors, contractors, insurance people, and other ...relevant professionals, all who turned out to be very good. She really knows her stuff (and her cohorts). I would buy another house, just to use her again!

After choosing a horrendous law firm for the purchase of my new home, I knew I had to go elsewhere for the sale of my prior home and I'm so glad that I was able to find Joanne.
