Joanne has saved me so many headaches while trying to purchase a home by explaining the processes involved, what to look out for, and explaining each step so you know what you are walking into. Punctual, respectful of your time, and very knowledgeable. I finally managed to close on a house and having... her on my side was invaluable as she kept the process steady and coherent in what would have been an extremely chaotic sale. You can rely on her service provider recommendations as well (home inspection, septic inspection, etc.), they were all great assets for me during both purchase contracts I've gone through. Ms. Sorrentino assisted us in our first purchase of a piece of commercial property. Not having any idea what was ahead of us, she walked us through the process - and many times held our hands - to make sure that we were aware of and understood everything.
