We recently worked with Joanne on a commercial lease. Even though it was during the holidays (Thanksgiving - Christmas), Joanne was on top of every detail and responded promptly to every request. She made what could have been a painful, drawn-out process, very streamlined and easy to understand. With... her expertise we were able to get everything done within a couple of short weeks. Would definitely use her again.

Ms. Sorrentino assisted us in our first purchase of a piece of commercial property. Not having any idea what was ahead of us, she walked us through the process - and many times held our hands - to make sure that we were aware of and understood everything. She even had to keep after the seller's at...torney to make sure that deadlines were met. Unfortunately, the property was in much worse shape structurally than anticipated. Ms. Sorrentino had skillfully written the contract so that we could discontinue to process with no financial consequences to us. We had this result because her attention to detail, time management, follow up, and knowledge of the process is above reproach. When we are ready to buy anther property we will be sure to use her. One of the best aspects of working with Ms. Sorrentino is the education approach she uses. She didn't just tell us what to do, she told us why we were doing it. That doesn't always happen when working with an attorney!
