Biography
I served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Adolph Romei and the Honorable Joseph N. Donatelli in the Passaic County Superior Court (1982-1983). Simultaneously with my law practice I was an Adjunct Professorat Berkeley College in Woodland Park, New Jersey (formerly West Paterson) in the Paralegal Studies program where I instructed in several courses including Business Law, Family Law, Legal Writing, Wills and Estates, and Real Property (1992-1994). I am a former member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
During my career, I had the privilege of arguing before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in the matter of Gibbs v. Carnival Cruise. My practice areas include guardianships, matrimonial/family law, land use, residential and commercial real estate, bankruptcy, wills and estates, commercial transactions, and business formation.
I am a current member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. I holds a fourth degree black belt in Goshin Ryu karate from Pace Institute of Karate, am a member of the Shongum Sportsmen's Association, and is on the Church Board of Mountaintop Church in Budd Lake, New Jersey
