You can do better and for less money
I hired Mr. Gruber in my ongoing divorce. He was never prepared for our court apperances and even forgot to submit some paperwork in a post divorce matter, which eneded up causing me to pay my ex-wifes attorney's fees. Replied last May 05, 2014I am unable to identify this alleged client but feel compelled to respond. I take my profession very seriously and am always prepared. In family court the Judge has a great deal of discretion which makes it difficult to predict the outcome. That is why I always counsel clients about the worst that can happen and the best result we could receive. My clients then decide whether to proceed. Some clients are unwilling to take the risk, others are willing. My job is to present, based on my years of experience, what is most likely to happen, but I usually give it a range of possible outcomes. I am frustrated by this review because I don't know which client it may be and the circumstances involved, nor can I divulge any personal knowledge of the accusation due to the attorney client privilege. I have been practicing family law for 36 years and work very hard at it to give my clients the best representation as possible.
