Domestic violence is defmed as the occurrence of one or more of the following criminal acts committed by an adult or an emancipated minor: homicide, assault, terroristic threats, kidnapping, criminal restraint, false imprisonment, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, lewdness, criminal mischief, burglary, criminal trespass, harassment, stalking. N.J.S.A. 2C:25-19(a). Restraining Orders can also grant custody, support, and other forms of relief required.

Marriage and Prenuptials 5%
