Angelo Dattolo

I purchased a new construction home and after closing realized that my property line was not where I though it was. Town zoning official was shocked that my attorney didn't review the survey with me. This was probably more my fault, but wasn't something that he ever discussed with me. At the end of t...he day Angelo did his job, but nothing more. I wouldn't hire again.

I can not say enough good things about Angelo Dattolo. No lawyer anywhere would have done what he did for us. We had been living in an hotel for 3 months with two small kids and two large dogs. We needed to get out of there. Our closing was supposed to be the Friday morning 9am before Labor day. ...Nothing was working right - the title company, the mortgage company. Everything was all falling apart. By 3pm the sellers lawyer was going to leave his office. It was a holiday weekend. Everyone was leaving their offices. Angelo asked the sellers lawyer to stay while he worked everything out for us. He worked all day on just our case. None of the problems were his fault, but he fixed every one of them and by 8pm Friday we were in our own house. He was kind, understanding, he walked us through every step. Even our realtor said she was going to be recommending him for all her clients. I can't imagine that the two previous reviews are really true. Angelo does not advertise, his business is all word of mouth. I understand why now. He's a lawyer and answers his own phone! He calls people back! I'm not sure why anyone would say anything bad about this lawyer. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

We both felt completely comfortable with his ethical, professional and quick responses. Immediately after our closings, I became a real e...state professional. I am more than comfortable recommending Angelo to my clients and putting them in his capable hands. He is always available to answer my/their questions, and guide everyone through the process. He is kind and always professional.I have had to deal with OTHER attorneys who do not respond or keep me updated on a transaction, which is entirely frustrating to me as a real estate professional. I can't say enough, or recommend Angelo Dattolo highly enough. Entrust your real estate transaction to his capable hands.

BUYERS/SELLERS BEWARE... My mother has been using Angelo as her real estate attorney for the past few months as she is downsizing/selling her home. I normally would not even consider writing a review unless necessary, however...Not only is this man explosive in terms of his personality and voice exp...ression, but he thought nothing of speaking in a derogatory manner towards my mother via telephone while she was at her place of business on more than one occasion. Angelo is irrational, unprofessional, inaccurate and absolutely not the attorney to use during stressful enough transactions. I can say more but this should sum it up...The only way to submit this review was to give Angelo at least one star- truth is I give him NO star(s).
