From the very beginning of our relationship Mr. Dattolo was extremely informative and reliable. The trait that not only impressed myself but my agent and my buyer as well was how quickly Mr. Dattolo responded to any question or concern I had. Also how informed he kept me about where we were in the p...rocess. The buyer said he never hears from his attorney and it takes days for him to get a return phone call! Whether it be morning, daytime, evening, weekends even holidays he would respond to me within a hour of my reaching out to him. Unheard of with any other attorney! He also is extremely knowledgeable and even though it took us awhile to close because of the other buyer he always kept me informed and was always checking in with the other lawyer keeping everyone up to date. Not only do I highly recommend him to anyone needing an exceptional attorney my agent is also going to recommend him to his future clients! Definitely one in a million!!!
