Angelo Dattolo

My husband I used Angelo Dattolo for a sale and purchase of a new home in 2012. My husband is a real "by the book" guy and he instantly liked and respected Angelo. We both felt completely comfortable with his ethical, professional and quick responses. Immediately after our closings, I became a real e...state professional. I am more than comfortable recommending Angelo to my clients and putting them in his capable hands. He is always available to answer my/their questions, and guide everyone through the process. He is kind and always professional.I have had to deal with OTHER attorneys who do not respond or keep me updated on a transaction, which is entirely frustrating to me as a real estate professional. I can't say enough, or recommend Angelo Dattolo highly enough. Entrust your real estate transaction to his capable hands.

BUYERS/SELLERS BEWARE... My mother has been using Angelo as her real estate attorney for the past few months as she is downsizing/selling her home. I normally would not even consider writing a review unless necessary, however...Not only is this man explosive in terms of his personality and voice exp...ression, but he thought nothing of speaking in a derogatory manner towards my mother via telephone while she was at her place of business on more than one occasion. Angelo is irrational, unprofessional, inaccurate and absolutely not the attorney to use during stressful enough transactions. I can say more but this should sum it up...The only way to submit this review was to give Angelo at least one star- truth is I give him NO star(s).

I must say, the previous reviewer has Angelo Dattolo's number spot on. I thought a poor experience was mine alone, perhaps the result of simply not having any chemistry with this man. However, I too have been subject to condescending episodes as well, and will share two of my most memorable experie...nces. During one instance, Mr. Dattolo attempted to use his nationality to justify his ill-mannered behavior; not only was I flabbergasted by his petty immaturity, I was further astounded to receive a blank stare as a means of an apology. All this grief for asking a question about a contingency? As my closing date approached, I couldn't help but notice that Mr. Dattolo seemed to have forgotten who he was representing, as he came charging at me with the other client's best interests in mind! Mr. Dattolo clearly has some issues in dealing with people, which is not what I expected to encounter dealing with his "small town" firm. If anyone were to ask who exactly Mr. Dattolo was, I would strongly affirm that he is not the real estate attorney he believes he is esteemed as. Fellow buyers and sellers, beware; it is more fitting for a high school football player to display such arrogance, not a business professional.
