Imagine my continued surprise when this " legal professional" failed to even ask for a survey for a home I'm purchasing. Some should find another profession or go chase ambulances. It was bad enough at every inquiry I was made to feel I was wrong to ask seller to address home inspection findings but... then this which is customarily done. 22 years of law you should know better. No excuse for subpar services.

Angela was wonderful to work with. My mortgage got all messed up and I had a deadline to hit in order to leave town. He worked hard for two days helping me work the mortgage company so we got the paperwork needed to close. I purchased a new construction home and after closing realized that my property line was not where I though it was. Town zoning official was shocked that my attorney didn't review the survey with me. This was probably more my fault, but wasn't something that he ever discussed with me. At the end of t...he day Angelo did his job, but nothing more. I wouldn't hire again.

After we closed and had been in house a couple weeks the seller called saying there was an error in our closing costs and we owed more money.
