Richard Sanvenero Jr. is a founding partner at Sanvenero & Cittadino LLC. He was a former partner at the Law Office of McGoughran & Sanvenero. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2013. He is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the American Bar Association.

While in law school, Mr. Sanvenero served as a Student Bar Association Senator, co-founded the Barry University School of Law Golf Club and held various leadership roles of other on-campus organizations. He has authored a legal article that has been published dealing with cyber law that pertains to the Fourth Amendment and Social Media (?abstract_id=2243896). Prior to graduating law school, he would volunteer his time in the local community by volunteering as a county mediator and assisting those in need with their tax returns under the Volunteer Income Tax Association (V.I.T.A.) program. He has attended a study abroad program in law school that was taught by the late United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Mr. Sanvenero also served as a research assistant during law school to the well renowned Sports Law Professor Marc Edelman.

Mr. Sanvenero is licensed to practice law in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York. In addition, he is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Courts of the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Sanvenero is also trained and licensed in Mediation, Arbitration and Collaborative divorce law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sanvenero worked as an Associate Attorney at the firm Fox & Melofchik, LLC. He has served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher D. Rafano, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Middlesex Vicinage for the 2015-2016 court term. He has also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Sallyanne Floria P.J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Essex Vicinage and also for the Honorable Leslie-Ann M. Justus, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Monmouth Vicinage. In addition, Mr. Sanvenero interned in New York City at a large multi-million dollar corporation obtaining business and corporate law experience.

Mr. Sanvenero is currently the Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyer's Section. He also serves as a three year Trustee for the Monmouth Bar Association. His practice is devoted to matrimonial litigation practice, business representation, estate planning, real estate, cannabis, civil litigation and criminal and municipal court defense.

Richard and his team were outstanding! They understand that even though they are experts in Real Estate law, that many people (including me) get terribly stressed throughout the process of selling your home. New Home Purchase and Sale - Great Service

Richard and his team helped me with both purchase of a new home as well as selling of our old home. He and his team are one of the most professional individuals I have found in recent past. They were very prompt, accurate and courteous in every interaction. One of the best thing that one looks fo...r in a entire home purchase process is timeliness and well as accuracy to ensure things are moving along and are absolutely correct to ensure there are no financial implications due to unnecessary delays. His entire team, Jennifer Novarro, Karen Goeller & Joshua Cittadino were always there whenever we needed help with any questions or next steps to help with the closings, sometimes even multiple times in a given day. The entire team cared for the real estate transactions and interactions to be transparent, accurate and timely, those were the 3 things I was personally looking for through out the process and they excelled in all of them. Thanks Richard and his entire team for making the entire new home purchase and selling process so efficient and pleasing. If it was upto me I will give the entire team 6 stars out of 5.
