Top notch!

Yeugenia represented me throughout my entire divorce and custody as well as a weapons return case..she was a professional and honest, always went above and beyond to protect my best interest. It was a pleasure working w her and her team!

Amazing

Ms. Samardin goes above and beyond. We have been through so much together... Child custody, divorce and even a bogus restraining order that was places against me... It was ugly and she helped me in such an amazing way that I now have a beautiful life. She fought for me and fought hard!

Quality & honest legal counsel

Ms. Samardin assisted me in the State of NY with a family court matter for child support/visitation proceedings. She was excellent at providing me the results I expected and coming to a mutual agreement with the other party involved. She was sensitive to my needs, was available to answer questions,... and timely responded. Maintained herself in an ethical manner at all times and was genuinely looking out for my best interests which gave me a high level of comfort during a stressful time in my life. Would definitely recommend for future representation.

Child Support Adjustment

Yeugenia was recommended to me by a friend and I must say it worked out so well. I was seeking a modification to my child support payment. Yeugenia sat down with me and listened to everything I had to say. She went over all of the details with me and came up with an excellent gameplan to present t...o the judge. The plan was very successful and we won the case. Yeugenia is an excellent listener and was very responsive to my requests. She is very tenacious but fair in her approach to law. She would not give up until the outcome was what I wanted.
