Custody Case

Yeugenia is hands down the best attorney. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Going through a custody case is very emotional and stressful process. She was there every step of the way. I truly can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. We won our case. I could not have done it withou...t her. My daughter is happy and safe. She really does care about the welfare of the children and fights extremely hard for your case.I was extremely happy with her.

Top notch!

Yeugenia represented me throughout my entire divorce and custody as well as a weapons return case..she was a professional and honest, always went above and beyond to protect my best interest. It was a pleasure working w her and her team!

Amazing

Ms. Samardin goes above and beyond. We have been through so much together... Child custody, divorce and even a bogus restraining order that was places against me... It was ugly and she helped me in such an amazing way that I now have a beautiful life. She fought for me and fought hard!

One of the best I have seen!

I am currently fighting a custody and relocation battle. As all of us men know this is very difficult to battle a woman in court for you and your child's rights. Ms. Samardin has fought for me tooth and nail and has superceeded all of my wants and expectations. I wouldn't refer anyone else.

Quality & honest legal counsel

Ms. Samardin assisted me in the State of NY with a family court matter for child support/visitation proceedings. She was excellent at providing me the results I expected and coming to a mutual agreement with the other party involved. She was sensitive to my needs, was available to answer questions,... and timely responded. Maintained herself in an ethical manner at all times and was genuinely looking out for my best interests which gave me a high level of comfort during a stressful time in my life. Would definitely recommend for future representation.
