It is not uncommon for one spouse to sign over his/her interest in the marital house to the other spouse, or for one spouse to buy-out the other spouse, or to simply place the house on the market for sale. In each of these, I have referred my client(s) to Michael who has handled the title transfer or refinance or sale with perfection. The clients are well cared for, and Michael knows exactly which documents (deed, affidavit of title, etc.) are needed for each situation.
