Michael and his staff were so amazing that I can't even put it into words. I had the misfortune of working with a bad mortgage company. I had a lot of pitfalls on the road to my home. I got news the Friday before July 4th weekend that I wouldn't be closing the following Monday as scheduled. This is a horrible attorney and poorly run office. They don't answer your calls and ignore your messages. They take on too many closing and provide no customer service to the clients. During one of the most stressful transactions you can undertake, they ignore you and make it worse! Their lack of ...responsiveness also costs you more money, for example, in unnecessary overnight fees. When you are finally lucky enough to talk to someone other than the receptionist in the office, they make it clear to you how busy they are and that they will get to you when they can as some days they have 5 closings or more to handle.
