For more than four decades, Michael L. Detzky has delivered personalized legal representation in consumer and business bankruptcy, immigration and naturalization, and real estate matters. A Rutgers College graduate (Highest Honors, Phi Beta Kappa, 1975) and Rutgers Law School alumnus (1978), Detzky applies the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment from his 30-year Reserve JAG career, retiring as a captain in 2013. Admitted to state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Criminal Appeals for the Armed Forces, he has published on bankruptcy strategy and appears regularly as a FOX News legal commentator.

Very knowledgeable, excellent staff
Very knowledgeable, with excellent staff that follows up very well. Advocated very effectively for me. Can be a bit abrupt when discussing elements of the proceeding, but that is a very minor carp. The point of his services was to get results, and that is what he got.
