Biography
Roxanne Jayne has built her career helping national, regional and local manufacturers, developers, builders and corporate property owners manage environmental aspects of site remediation, buy/sell/lease transactions, contract negotiations, structured settlements, due diligence, financing, permitting, insurance, regulatory compliance and enforcement actions.
Her proven track record of environmental litigation experience in cost recovery and contribution actions offers clients the potential of obtaining cleanup costs from other responsible parties and insurance companies under the Spill Act, CERCLA and common law. In addition, she serves as an expert witness in environmental litigation.
Ms. Jayne has extensive experience in environmental remediation and redevelopment of industrial and Brownfield sites in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She has assisted clients to navigate cleanups from start to finish pursuant to a multitude of cleanup statutes and regulations, including New Jersey’s Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, ECRA/ISRA, UST, Spill Act, CERCLA and RCRA.
Her land use experience includes plant expansion and other development projects. She works closely with facility owners, builders, developers and the project team to obtain permits and achieve compliance with regulatory requirements under the Freshwater Wetlands, Flood Hazard Area, Water Pollution Control Act and other programs.
