We had a VERY VERY difficult and challenging case, with 8 years of a nightmares and bad judgements to unravel. Once in the hands of Mr. Weiss, we were told flatly the positives and negatives, and he assured us, that though difficult, we could see a positive outcome. 20 months later we have our gr...eencard! It was a long and difficult process, tedious in it's details, but if you follow his directions, tackling one problem at a time, you can come out of it successfully. Daniel is not a "Warm and fuzzy" lawyer, he is very focused, and will never "BS" you. He says it like it is, he will make demands of you, and your compliance is all focused on you winning your case. I am so thankful to have met Mr.Weis, I arrived in this country at the age of fourteen not realizing my real struggle until the age of eighteen and completion of high school. What people take for granted I was unable to do further my education, vote, seek employnent, fly or obtain a driver's license.... Due to Mr.Weis I have found employment and will be enrolling in school this fall. I went to Daniel Weiss for help in getting my then boyfriend back to the United States from Mexico. I had spoken with other attorneys, who made it clear that it would not be an easy task and, as they put it, just about impossible.
