David outshines every attorney! As someone who has been through family law hell and a custody nightmare, trusting an attorney is a challenge. David understands DV, coercive control, post separation abuse and a litigant weaponizing the legal system to hurt and destroy their ex. Above all, he understan...ds the needs of the child and cares about the children. I believe he has young kids himself so perhaps it’s why he is able to quickly and immediately identify when an abuser is just going above and beyond to hurt the other party, but in reality hurting their child. While they say to leave emotions out of everything, David certainly fights for the best interest of your children as if they are his own. I searched high and low for someone that understands nonphysical DV like David does and I can’t be more fortunate to have him advocating on behalf of my children and me. His entire office is exceptional, caring and compassionate. I have not personally worked with Stephanie Palo but I also hear she is knowledgeable and exceptional. It gives me that extra confidence in the event she ever needs to step in if David is away or unavailable. I'm not sure who needs to read this right now, but if you have ever found yourself in a situation where you have no other option but to move forward with a divorce, it is one of the hardest decisions to make. If you also have children and assets to split, it makes things even harder mentally and emot...ionally. Mr. Cardamone and his law firm were truly heaven-sent when I found myself and my children in a situation where we had to ensure that they had a roof over their heads and financial support that would allow them to feel supported and focus solely on being children. When adults choose to divorce, they are not the only people involved in the process. Children also experience the trials and tribulations that are part of a divorce, and they deserve just as much support, if not more. Mr. Cardamone ensured that the process was fair, peaceful, and resolved in a timely manner. I truly can't imagine what I would've done without the assistance of Mr. Cardamone and his team.

I retained David for my divorce and custody battle. The whole process lasted 10 months. From the beginning David was very caring and compassionate. I had a unique case with lots of hurdles due to personal circumstances. David stayed on top of everything! He genuinely cared and wanted what was in my b...est interest and the kids.
