Tiffany M Yacullo

Ms. Yacullo is an Associate Attorney at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in Red Bank, New Jersey. She handles predominantly employment litigation matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Ms. Yacullo zealously advocates for her clients to ensure their voices are heard and justice is rightfully served.

In 2017, Ms. Yacullo graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Afterward, Ms. Yacullo attended New York Law School on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2020 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2021.

During law school, Ms. Yacullo worked at Wall Street-based law firm Robert Wisniewski, P.C. as a Summer Associate. In this position, she assisted in the successful litigation of fair wages, workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters. Additionally, Ms. Yacullo was selected to participate in the prestigious, year-long Prosecution Clinic of the King’s County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. Through these experiences, Ms. Yacullo discovered her unwavering dedication to social justice and advocacy.

Upon graduation, Ms. Yacullo returned to her home state, New Jersey, where she served as the 2020-2021 Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John I. Gizzo, J.S.C., Essex Vicinage, Criminal Division. During her clerkship, she performed extensive legal research for various criminal issues, drafted memoranda for the judge, and edited and drafted all opinions and orders of the court.

In 2021, Ms. Yacullo took a position as an Assistant Prosecutor at Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. Ms. Yacullo initially worked in the Domestic Violence Unit where she handled approximately 120 active cases and later worked in the Special Remand Court where she handled approximately 300 active cases. In these assignments, she evaluated and prosecuted criminal cases from arraignment to trial. By consistently reviewing discovery, negotiating pleas, and appearing at court proceedings, Ms. Yacullo gained strong analytical and problem-resolution skills. Moreover, through motion practice, witness interviewing and trial preparations, Ms. Yacullo became proficient in and passionate about case strategy and evidence investigation. Ms. Yacullo conducted several trials during her tenure as a prosecutor and secured favorable outcomes for the State and victims in these cases.

Now, as an Associate, Ms. Yacullo utilizes her legal background to effectively advocate for employees treated unjustly in the workplace to achieve positive results and improved circumstances.
