Ashley E. Malandre

Ms. Malandre is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. and practices out of the firm’s Red Bank, New Jersey office. Ms. Malandre concentrates her practice on all aspects of employment litigation, including but not limited to matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Ms. Malandre has extensive experience in the representation of clients in federal, state, and administrative proceedings.

Prior to joining McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., Ms. Malandre was extensively involved in the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law and municipal law. Ms. Malandre has represented public entities in matters involving Civil Rights, the Law Against Discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, hostile work environment, harassment, the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, and premise liability. Ms. Malandre has also served as Alternate Prosecutor for various municipalities in Monmouth County.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Malandre served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. Ms. Malandre was responsible for the management of Judge O’Brien’s motion calendar, researching various legal topics, and recommending dispositions of pending motions. Additionally, she was certified as a civil mediator and assisted parties in the settlement of landlord/tenant and small claims disputes.

Ms. Malandre was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and Pennsylvania Bar in 2011. She currently resides in Ocean Township, New Jersey, with her husband, Will, and their son, Caleb.
