Adam Lederman, Esq., is a Partner at the law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than two percent of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. From June 2024 to June 2025, Adam had the honor and privilege of serving as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the largest trial lawyer association in the State of New Jersey. In this role, he testified several times before the New Jersey Senate advocating for the consumers of this State.
As an active trial attorney, Adam Lederman leads a firm team of trial lawyers, concentrating on representing seriously injured clients on a contingency fee basis to provide his client full compensation for the harms and losses they suffered. As a trial attorney for nearly 20 years, Adam has represented thousands of clients involved in all types of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle, motorcycle, bus, and trucking accidents. He also won substantial settlements and verdicts for various types of fall down accidents and premises liability claims. Recently, Adam has considerable experience in unfortunately representing several families in wrongful death drowning claims that resulted in seven-figure settlements.
Adam Lederman graduated from New York University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and minored in Law and Society. After college, Adam earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from Rutgers School of Law. Adam is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
Adam brings a remarkable depth and breadth of experience and knowledge to each case. Many of his cases are referred to him by other attorneys who are not experts in personal injury matters. Adam Lederman is proud to have earned a reputation for treating his clients “like family” and consistently goes “beyond the call of duty” to make sure his clients are satisfied with their legal representation.
As part of his service to the New Jersey Association for Justice, Adam has lectured to hundreds of lawyers in attendance for continuing legal education credits about topics regarding representing clients in civil cases involving motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, slip, trip and fall down cases, construction site fatalities, and truck, bus and motorcycle accidents. He has also lectured about discovery, trial techniques, and pre-suit legal investigative strategies. Most recently, he has lectured on litigation pertaining to Uber and Lyft’s ride-sharing services as well as litigation involving drowning incidents and traumatic brain injuries. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey State Bar Association and has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
Adam was appointed to NJAJ’s Board of Governors, where he earned the distinction of serving as the Board’s youngest member. Adam is a past co-chair of NJAJ’s New Lawyers Division and currently serves on the Executive Committee as the Immediate Past President. Adam has also served in other leadership capacities, including Program Chair of multiple deposition and trial examination colleges. In this role, Adam has helped plan the New Jersey Association for Justice’s annual Meadowlands and Boardwalk conferences.
Adam has been an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) for nearly two decades, having joined as a first-year law student. Prior to finishing his second year of law school, he participated in his first seminar and joined PAC before completing his bar exam. In 2009, Adam became co-chairman of the New Lawyers Section, which has grown considerably over the years. In 2016, Adam joined NJAJ’s Executive Committee. In 2024, Adam was installed as the organization’s President and currently serves as NJAJ’s Immediate Past President.
