Wealth of Knowledge

Mr. Asatrian had worked with us for years to get our immigration case moving forward and have our family legalized. Our documents for the hearing were collected meticulously and both my husband and me had been thoroughly prepared. Mr. Asatrian kept the communication open throughout this long process.... His team informed us periodically as our case progressed. Whenever we had a question or concern, Mr. Asatrian returned our calls in a timely fashion and provided legal advice to the best of his knowledge. My family cannot be grateful enough to Mr. Asatrian for having us legalized and making our dream come true. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in the immigration field, he definitely gets the job done. Thank you, Harry!

Best Immigration Attorney!

We originally went with two other attorneys. That was a big mistake. Both not only stole our money, but also created a huge mess with immigration. Last summer we consulted with Mr. Asatrian. We immediately switched to him because he was so informative and helpful right from the beginning. He helped u...s file several motion and complete several applications, leaving no stone unturned. My husband finally obtained his permanent residence, and we are super grateful. Mr Asatrian kept us informed of every step a responded timely to every call and email. He really went out of his way and fought for us. We would definitely recommend him, hands down.

I-485 Denial Withdrawn and Approved

Harry Asatrian was hired to file an I-290B motion to reopen or reconsider of a I-485 petition that was denied on April 8, 2021. The I-485 was filed in October 2021 by a previous attorney who represented my entire family, which were L-2 dependents under my father's L-1 employment based visa. I initial...ly came into the US under F-1 visa but was changed to L-2 visa by the previous attorney in September 2017. Unfortunately, in March 2019 I turned 21 and was no longer a beneficiary under my father's I-485. This caused me to 'age-out' and lose status. Although, I was accepted for another program in school and filed an I-539 in July 2019. I was denied for I-539 change of status from L-2 back to F-1 in October 2019, which would have kept me in status. In February 2020, me and my family were approved EAD combo cards, which would expire in February 2021. In June 2020, I receive an RFE for my I-485 petition to submit proof that I maintained status. In January 2021 my family got their green card, while I awaited response on my petition. In April 2021, I received a DENIAL notice for my I-485, which stated I had 33 days to file an I-290B and revoked all employment and travel benefits I had. This is when my family and I sought new legal counsel and found Harry. In ONE phone call, Harry was able to establish were it had all gone wrong for me, explaining that the previous attorney who filed my I-485 didn't need to take me off an F-1 visa to pursue a green card under my father. And also, the attorney had to 2 years to rectify my status to another non-immigrant status before I aged out. Most importantly, Harry highlighted that when the previous attorney/ law firm replied to the RFE they failed to mention that my aging out of status was due to their inaction and ineffective counsel, which was out of my control. After Harry painted all of this beautifully to me and my parents, we retained him and after a month he filed the I-290B to have USCIS reopen my I-485. Due to the fact that the motion to reopen was based on an ineffective counsel claim, a signed affidavit from me and a response from previous attorney was included as a requirement of the Lozoda. During the processing time for the I-290B Harry did very well to explain and answer any question around the motion to reopen process. As of July 2022, I had received no response on the I-290B petition and was beginning to get very worried because if the case were denied I would have accumulated enough back-dated unlawful presence to be barred for 10 years from entering the US. I reached out to Harry expressing my concerns also adding that I had an employer interested in hiring me but needed me to have the authorization to work. At which point Harry pointed out that I could file a 'Mandamus' which essentially forces USCIS to make a decision on my case. However, he also explained that it doesn't guarantee an approval just a decision. This got me and my family even more worried because it meant we had to either keep waiting to possibly receive bad news or take the risk and possibly get great news but with a denial still on the table. After much thought I decided that the Mandamus was the way to go and Harry directed me to another attorney who helped file the Manadamus on September 1, 2022. After 20 days, my case was REOPENED and after another 30 days my case was APPROVED and my green card was mailed! I truly believe Harry is a genius because the I-290B that he prepared turned an impossible case and potentially devastating situation into an absolute victory that will never be forgotten by me or my family. I'm very thankful to God for Harry's legal assistance! I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal immigration assistance.

Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail. We are extremely pleased of the outcome and are grateful to have compassionate adjudicators at local USCIS in NJ, who recognized and ultimately agreed with our novel argument; and did the right thing in your matter. If we are to stay true to our pledge in welcoming immigrants to this great country we call America, we must always do what is just. God Bless you and your family!

Highly Recommend

We met with Harry and knew right away we wanted to work with him. He is honest, organized and very knowledgeable. Harry and Jhoseline always answered the many questions we had and truly made a complicated process proceed seamlessly. From working with them in terms of a K-1 visa and then again for a G...reen Card, it was extremely helpful knowing we could always rely on them throughout the process. Harry truly cares about his clients and I would highly recommend him and his firm.
