He is a God-sent. I trusted him with my mother's case for Ch 7 Bankruptcy and she won! He and his staff were so supportive, despite facing the departure of the senior paralegal in charge of the case. It was simple for them and their willingness to go above and beyond for my nervous mom made all the d...ifference. Their knowledge of the process, the court system obstacles and players truly impressed and reassured me. They are a busy firm and you must be patient with the process. Keep trying, respecting, trusting them and they will give you great counsel and results!

I hired Mr. Low and his firm for a bankruptcy and loan modification case. It was the worst mistake of my life. I began the process with them 3 years ago after they told me several times I had to pay his total fee in full which I found to be extremely high compared to other attorneys ($4,800.00) for t...he chapter 13, plus ($7,000.00) for the the loan modification. I paid both fees in full 3 years ago also bringing all the documents that were required several times and they also said they could not find them or they were lost, the paralegals would blame one another saying they did not know what happened. At the end they told me that the loan modification was not approved, for that reason they had to dismiss the chapter 13. I called the bank and they told me they never received my documents or any applications for the loan modification. This attorney and his firm are a fraud and very unprofessional, they should revoke his license and disbar him from practicing law. THIS GUY IS A JOKE!

I went to the Low & Low offices for a bankruptcy consultation; they made me wait 1 hour and 35 minutes in their tiny and uncomfortable waiting room, listening to their staff withe their offensive and vulgar language. Finally the person the attended me was very rude with an attitude, I even doubt she ...was a paralegal because she could not answer any of my questions in regards to the bankruptcy process. There was not one lawyer who I could speak with and nobody in the entire office could help me, they had me wait another 15 minutes in a messy office with others peoples case documents scattered all over the office which I can read easily. I finally decide to leave without hiring him. I would not recommend anybody to hire this attorney.
