I went to the Low & Low offices for a bankruptcy consultation; they made me wait 1 hour and 35 minutes in their tiny and uncomfortable waiting room, listening to their staff withe their offensive and vulgar language. Finally the person the attended me was very rude with an attitude, I even doubt she ...was a paralegal because she could not answer any of my questions in regards to the bankruptcy process. There was not one lawyer who I could speak with and nobody in the entire office could help me, they had me wait another 15 minutes in a messy office with others peoples case documents scattered all over the office which I can read easily. I finally decide to leave without hiring him. I would not recommend anybody to hire this attorney.

Russell Low and his firm were very helpful to me being that I was getting garnishments from my wages and the creditors were en route to put out a levy on my resources. I took advantage of Low & Low free consultation and as a result I was very pleased with the information I received that I chose to f...ile bankruptCy with Mr.Low. their availability and effictiveness was to my amaze and his staff is courteous and understanding. I thought I would never have to go to this extreme but by far it's been the best decision I've made so far!.. Mr. Low handled my case promptly due to the circus rance and I was able to be relief from this headache which was very troublesome for me. I am very glad and grateful to Low & Low being that they stuck it out with me thru the process and walked me every step of the way! I was very pleased with their services and the best thing was that Indian need to have fees at the time of filing. I was able to set up a convinient payment plan to ease up my worries. It was deffinately a great choice and I would do ot again with Mr.Russell Low!

Hiring Mr. Low was the worst decision I have ever made. Thanks to his incompetence, I found myself in a worse position than before I decided to file bankruptcy. Anytime I contacted his office, I would be placed on hold and shuffled between incompetent employees. I would wait a minimum of 1 hour only ...to be told to leave a message. This call would NEVER be returned. I strongly advise anyone who is considering hiring this man to reconsider. PLEASE!!!!!
