I went to the Low & Low offices for a bankruptcy consultation; they made me wait 1 hour and 35 minutes in their tiny and uncomfortable waiting room, listening to their staff withe their offensive and vulgar language. Finally the person the attended me was very rude with an attitude, I even doubt she ...was a paralegal because she could not answer any of my questions in regards to the bankruptcy process. There was not one lawyer who I could speak with and nobody in the entire office could help me, they had me wait another 15 minutes in a messy office with others peoples case documents scattered all over the office which I can read easily. I finally decide to leave without hiring him. I would not recommend anybody to hire this attorney.

Once he got my case, it was filed within reasonable time and the process was made very simple. I felt comfortable discussing my case and he gave several options to help me decide which way I wanted to go. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I am happy that I chose him as my lawyer. Feels great t...o get a fresh start.
