Russell L. Low

Now that I have finished my bankruptcy case and am already starting my credit again, I am very glad that I hired Mr. Low as my attorney. There were many times throughout the process when I needed him to make calls or send out letters on my behalf and he always did it, even if it was on short notice. ...Mr. Low and his staff were very reliable and helpful when I needed questions answered and took the time to explain legal terms and processes to me. I'm very happy with all that they did for me and have already recommended him to some of my family members who were looking to file bankruptcy.

**PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE LOW & LOW** I deal with many big firms for business matters such as Sills Cummis, Baker & McKenzie, Gibson Dunn, Etc. However, Low and Low by wins the prize with incompetent and unprofessional. Never have I dealt with any business nearly as unorganized and incompetent.... By way of recommendation, I have retained Russell Low from Low & Low for a simple bankruptcy 18 months ago and still have a pending case. For the past year I have been tossed from one paralegal to another. Each person I talk to has no idea who I am and has no idea where my file is. After some time looking through documents, they discover who I am. Everytime I ask the person in charge of the case about a court date, they dance around the question about being in class, court, lunch, vacation, etc. They are eager to gIve me their daily routines but never an answer about a date for the case. Each and everytime it's the same question and each and everytime I get the same answer "I will look into it and get back to you". Getting back to me never happens. I do have several dozen correspondence proving exactly that. If you have intentions hiring a lawyer that takes full payment, can't give answers about your case, does not return messages nor replies to email, then you will fit at home. Unfortunately my case is still pending. When it will be closed, God only knows because the firm sure hasn't a clue. My next step is to file a grievance so the attorney does the job he was paid to do, which will cost another several thousand. This is what it has come to. Second thoughts?

This was the most unpleasant dealing I've ever had with an attorney. He was awful, when we spoke he would rude and overspeak me. I was charged for work he did'nt do. He did not have my best interest at heart, his only concern was how much money he could get out of me. I eventually FIRED him, at the ...advise of another attorney.

Awful just awful! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! His staff is a joke, rude and unprofessional. Every time I call, they are on "vacation". I'm told to always leave a voicemail with Low, he just calls and says," Oh, I needed to get in touch with you so we can finish the case". Terrible attorney, awful office. ... STAY AWAY!

First of all, I would like to make sure to those who have read over the prior "positive" reviews posted on this website can well tell that they are all fake reviews, written by Russell Low's paralegals and staff themselves. I hired Russell Low for a Bankruptcy, Chapter 13. During the whole process, ...Russell Low, along with his paralegals are unprofessional and rude- one of the worst experiences by far with any lawyer and firm that I have ever experienced. Every single time I had an appointment with him the wait was for 2 hours. He would speak over me, and always had a sarcastic smirk on his face during the whole meeting. In his effort, to delay and neglect my case, he let a year pass so that the case would be dismissed, and then wanted to charge me to reopen the case. Every time I spoke to him, he said he would look into it and get back to me. When I would call the office, the staff and paralegals would put me on hold for 45 minutes and then state that he was out of the office. When I called Russell Low directly, he would never return my phone calls. The last appointment, I had set up directly with Russell Low (via phone) , which he did not even show up for. He sent his disrespectful, rude and uneducated team of paralegals to discuss the case. I have called him numerous times after this incident and he has not picked up (as I would expect!). Do yourself a favor and steer away from this lawyer.
