Russell L. Low

I hired Mr. Low and his firm for a bankruptcy and loan modification case. It was the worst mistake of my life. I began the process with them 3 years ago after they told me several times I had to pay his total fee in full which I found to be extremely high compared to other attorneys ($4,800.00) for t...he chapter 13, plus ($7,000.00) for the the loan modification. I paid both fees in full 3 years ago also bringing all the documents that were required several times and they also said they could not find them or they were lost, the paralegals would blame one another saying they did not know what happened. At the end they told me that the loan modification was not approved, for that reason they had to dismiss the chapter 13. I called the bank and they told me they never received my documents or any applications for the loan modification. This attorney and his firm are a fraud and very unprofessional, they should revoke his license and disbar him from practicing law. THIS GUY IS A JOKE!

I was losing my house due to foreclosure and sheriff sale. I was referred to Mr. Russell Low and he immediately took action in my case and stopped the sheriff sale. He filed chapter 13 and I was able to keep my house. Because of Mr. Low's dedication, professionalism and experience, I can now live in ...peace with my family and loved ones in my property.

First of all, I would like to make sure to those who have read over the prior "positive" reviews posted on this website can well tell that they are all fake reviews, written by Russell Low's paralegals and staff themselves. I hired Russell Low for a Bankruptcy, Chapter 13. During the whole process, ...Russell Low, along with his paralegals are unprofessional and rude- one of the worst experiences by far with any lawyer and firm that I have ever experienced. Every single time I had an appointment with him the wait was for 2 hours. He would speak over me, and always had a sarcastic smirk on his face during the whole meeting. In his effort, to delay and neglect my case, he let a year pass so that the case would be dismissed, and then wanted to charge me to reopen the case. Every time I spoke to him, he said he would look into it and get back to me. When I would call the office, the staff and paralegals would put me on hold for 45 minutes and then state that he was out of the office. When I called Russell Low directly, he would never return my phone calls. The last appointment, I had set up directly with Russell Low (via phone) , which he did not even show up for. He sent his disrespectful, rude and uneducated team of paralegals to discuss the case. I have called him numerous times after this incident and he has not picked up (as I would expect!). Do yourself a favor and steer away from this lawyer.
