The best decision I ever made

Ken help me in an incredibly stressful time in my life, I was hurt at work and had never been down this road before. He held my hand the whole way, made sure that I was well informed, and treated well by my doctors. I feel he got the most out of my settlement that could be had. God forbid something ...ever happens to me or a family member in the future, but I take solace in the fact that I know Ken and his firm will be there for me. I could not recommend him high enough, he is the best.

Ken did a great job in my award for work injury,not only that, He informed me of a medical condition He found in one of my M.R.I. reports,workers comp doctors failed to inform me of.This is a good example of the need to have Excellent counsel. Ken returned my calls that day or next without fail,and ...resolved the issue right away. The medical condition that Ken alerted me to is Abdominal aortic aneurysm, i go for tests every 6 months.This condition was not related to work injury, yet Ken checked to see if i new about it. My wife was very happy of my choice to go with Ken.

I hired Kenneth Kaplan for a worker's compensation case as per my brother who recommended him. He sat down and explained to me how he would handle the case. He made sure all details were made clear to me. He always kept me informed of how the case was proceeding. He pushed to make sure I received eve...ry dollar possible, and more. I am very happy with my settlement and would recommend him as an excellent attorney.

Comp settlement

Ken Kaplan did a fantastic job in getting a fair and just settlement. He was very upfront with me from the very beginning and thru the whole process. I would highly endorse him to anyone.

Great Job by a Great Attorney!!!!!

Very Professional, Kind, Understanding and most of all Honest. Explained everything step by step on what to expect from the day I waked into his office until the day I received my settlement . I would have no problem and I will recommend him to anyone needing an Attorney for anything, I found out to...day the he does all kinds of cases from Worker Comp to Real Estate!!!! Good to Know and Great Job!!!!!!
