Excellent negotiator.

If you are injured and looking for a good lawyer, the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. is the place to go . As soon as you walk in, they get straight down to business. My experience with the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. was exceptional from start to finish. The office staff and Ken the ...lawyer were all very professional and kind, and handled my case expeditiously. Ken won me a settlement and I was very happy He was very knowledgeable in my work related injury. He studied my paperwork and let me know that I had a case worth perusing. He was patient and organized and went over everything explaining it in detail to me. Whenever I had any questions and I called the office, they answered me promptly or called me back in a timely manner and patiently listened to me and answered all my question. Communication was great as he kept me informed and updated with every process of my case. He was very professional and efficient. If I ever need a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to call on Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. Law Firm. They did a great job for me, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer for a work related injury. Thank you Ken and team.

Couldn’t be happier

Ken did a great job handling my case. There were many hurdles along the way but Ken cleared every obstacle for me. He was always available to talk and took the time to explain the case to me. My case was open for a few years but he handled every step and I was able to get the surgery I needed with th...e doctor that I wanted. The settlement was also more than I ever expected it would be. Ken is fabulous ! I am beyond satisfied with his work.

Ken is a hard working Workers Compensation lawyer . ®" He made sure I had access to medical care fast and a temporary source of disability income while out of work and recovering from an injury. He also made sure I was giving a more than fair settlement for my injury . Having suffered a permanent inj...ury he was even able to go back and help me receive a second settlement .
