Excellent negotiator.

If you are injured and looking for a good lawyer, the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. is the place to go . As soon as you walk in, they get straight down to business. My experience with the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. was exceptional from start to finish. The office staff and Ken the ...lawyer were all very professional and kind, and handled my case expeditiously. Ken won me a settlement and I was very happy He was very knowledgeable in my work related injury. He studied my paperwork and let me know that I had a case worth perusing. He was patient and organized and went over everything explaining it in detail to me. Whenever I had any questions and I called the office, they answered me promptly or called me back in a timely manner and patiently listened to me and answered all my question. Communication was great as he kept me informed and updated with every process of my case. He was very professional and efficient. If I ever need a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to call on Kaplan & Kaplan, P.C. Law Firm. They did a great job for me, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer for a work related injury. Thank you Ken and team.

Excellent Attorney

I'm very happy with the services of Mr. Kaplan. He is not only professional and friendly, but also a tough negotiator who will get you the best settlement you could hope for. If he doesn't get you the settlement your happy with he'll fight very hard on your behalf. Thank you, Mr. Kaplan.

Amazing

I am so appreciative of all of the work done on my behalf. Before hiring Mr. Kaplan I was stressed out and worried that this nightmare would never end. Thankfully, after hiring Mr. Kaplan I was able to step away from the chaos of dealing with WC.
