The best decision I ever made

Ken help me in an incredibly stressful time in my life, I was hurt at work and had never been down this road before. He held my hand the whole way, made sure that I was well informed, and treated well by my doctors. I feel he got the most out of my settlement that could be had. God forbid something ...ever happens to me or a family member in the future, but I take solace in the fact that I know Ken and his firm will be there for me. I could not recommend him high enough, he is the best.

Made my experience run smooth and easy

I hired Kenneth Kaplan for my injury case and it was the best decision I made. He made sure throughout the process that I was well informed and knew exactly what to do, where to go, and made the whole process feel quite effortless for me. It was refreshing to have such a reliable attorney to handle s...uch a stressful time in my life. Any time I had a question, he was there to take a call. I would absolutely recommend Kenneth Kaplan, especially for any individual who is looking to make the process as black and white as possible.

Expert Worker's Comp Lawyer

While I was looking for a Worker's Comp lawyer within the area, first name that popped up on Avvo is Atty. Ken Kaplan. I immediately contacted his office. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and a good adviser up to the closing of my case. He is very hands-on and updates me about anything. I actually ...recommended him to my friends. Great Job by a Great Attorney!!!!!

Very Professional, Kind, Understanding and most of all Honest. Explained everything step by step on what to expect from the day I waked into his office until the day I received my settlement . I would have no problem and I will recommend him to anyone needing an Attorney for anything, I found out to...day the he does all kinds of cases from Worker Comp to Real Estate!!!! Great Service, Gets Results

I was told about Mr.Kaplan from a friend and he surpassed my expectations. He explained everything in depth to me about my situation and he was very knowledgeable about my case.
