Trustworthy and Offers Great Advice

I was represented by Ken Kaplan for a work related injury. He was thorough and on point. I had a feeling of confidence in him from the start and he saw my case through to a settlement that represented my interests well. I would recommend Ken to anyone I know.

Workman’s Comp Settlement

Mr. Kaplan reviewed my case and worked hard to get me what we felt was fair. He would always return my calls and explained the process to me. I would recommend Mr. Kaplan highly.

honest opinion

ken was very kind and also helpful every single time i spoke with him regarding my case. very patient and i beleive he is there to really help and not to just get a check.. i will refer any and everybody dealing with a case to contact ken anytime

FANTASTIC LAWYER

Mr.Kalan was great with my case. He helped me through the process every step of the way. He delivered every thing he said he would and the case took exactly as long as he said it would. In the end he got me a great settlement and the judge even shook my hand and said I was smart for hiring such a gre...at lawyer!!!!! THANK YOU MR. KAPLAN

The best decision I ever made

Ken help me in an incredibly stressful time in my life, I was hurt at work and had never been down this road before. He held my hand the whole way, made sure that I was well informed, and treated well by my doctors. I feel he got the most out of my settlement that could be had. God forbid something ...ever happens to me or a family member in the future, but I take solace in the fact that I know Ken and his firm will be there for me. I could not recommend him high enough, he is the best.
