Biography
It is very unfortunate that I meet most of my clients after something terrible has happened to them - they may have been badly hurt in a car accident, fallen and broke their leg, injured by their doctor, arrested, served with divorce papers, or lost custody of their child. What I find very rewarding is the fact that my career is dedicated towards helping people through these bad times.
I am a Certified Civil Trial Attorney (certified by the NJ Supreme Court) and as such my practice areas all concern cases that will either resolve through negotiation or go to trial. I represent many clients regarding car accidents, slip/trip and falls, negligent security, etc. I also have experience with medical malpractice, assault cases, and various other types of personal injury work, including appeals.
My family law practice is also one of the highlights of my work. I represent clients in divorce cases, custody cases, support cases, and domestic violence cases for restraining orders and violations. My clients are pretty equally split between males and females, so I am able to objectively look at both sides of the arguments and advise my clients.
I also represent clients who were charged with criminal complaints and serious traffic infractions, including DWI. These cases can range from very serious cases in Superior Court to more minor charges in Municipal Court. But regardless, I treat all criminal charges as if they were very serious because I know that all clients consider their charges to be serious.

Very helpful Nonest

DUI case
Dan is an excellent lawyer and he got a my Driving under the influence (DUI) charge dismissed. He looked at the facts in my case and realised that I couldnt have been my driving with intoxicated. I made a great choice in hiring him as my lawyer for this case.
