Down to Earth and Extremely Helpful

Gina helped us buy our new house while selling our old one in the midst of a crazy housing market. She was down-to-earth and straightforward with us while also completely understanding the unusual circumstances we were trying to navigate and the peculiarities of this very strange time in the housing market. She was very responsive and was reachable by text or phone on her cell at all sort of hours. High-quality, exceedingly helpful

Gina was terrifically helpful for us throughout our home purchase. We initially reached out to her to help with a deal that ended up falling through; the sellers were wishy-washy throughout the whole process and likely would have ended up wasting our time for a good deal longer had Gina not communicated with their broker and cleared things up. She dutifully checked in with us throughout our search which was much appreciated. When we found the property we eventually purchased, the sellers were acrimonious throughout the entire procedure and Gina was terrific about keeping them and their broker on track and honest. Throughout the title signing, Gina was very patient with our many questions and went out of her way to make sure we were protected throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend 5/5.

When a lawyer recommends another lawyer it means alot!

I am a lawyer. When I listed our house, I needed a lawyer skilled in house closings. Gina and I had met locally and I had heard good things about her. So she was my first call. Most house closings are relatively uneventful. Sadly, mine didn’t fall into that category. We had several offers and extensive negotiations before we finally agreed on a buyer. Unfortunately, the buyers’ lawyer was inexperienced with local laws and permitting. Negotiations were a nightmare. But Gina hung in there, even when I wanted to walk. Wyckoff requires septic tank abandonment and sewer connection for all sales. In the pandemic, with town hall being physically closed, the process was exhausting. Overseeing contractors even worse. The buyers’ lawyer was unresponsive and working with her a challenge. Gina was creative, positive and patient. She held the deal together every time I had wanted to terminate. She kept me from blowing things up, and kept her eye on the ball. The actual closing took 2 days, with the other lawyer missing the wire deadline. But Gina held in there and protected my interests. Bottomline, while most lawyers can handle a run-of-the-mill house closing, you need one to handle one when things go wrong. Always want Gina in my corner. She was always responsive, reachable after hours and weekends.
