Biography
Founding partner Keith G. Oliver has a passion for helping people who are caught up in the criminal justice system. He believes that everyone has a right to be presumed innocent, and that one mistake shouldn’t define a person forever. This passion drives Mr. Oliver to tirelessly fight for his clients and pursue the best possible outcome in every case.

Mr. Oliver focuses his career exclusively on criminal defense, giving him in-depth experience in this area of the law. He prefers to take a hands-on approach with each client, handling each case through the entire process. This one-on-one attention helps him gain a detailed understanding of each case and craft a personalized defense.

Growing up in Essex County, New Jersey, Mr. Oliver’s love of arguing and competitiveness inspired him to become a lawyer. In 2007, he got his undergraduate degree at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. He then came back home to New Jersey to earn his Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010.
Mr. Oliver began his career at one of New Jersey’s largest criminal defense firms. After handling hundreds of defense cases, he became the youngest partner in the firm’s history. This prepared him to branch out and eventually become a partner at his own firm, providing the same level of service and continuously growing.
Among his peers and clients, Mr. Oliver is known for his unstoppable work ethic, legal knowledge, and extensive experience. In fact, many former clients recommend him to family and friends when they run into legal trouble.
Outside the office, Mr. Oliver enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys watching football.
Mr. Oliver offers free initial consultations. From there, he says, “We’ll go through the general overview of your case and how we think we can help. Then we’ll take over the entire process for you from start to finish.”
