Excellent lawyer, cares about helping his client while following the law. Does his practice exceptionally well. I was facing a loss of license for 12 mo. to 19 mo. for a DWI and refusal charge along with four other charges. All charges except the DWI and Refusal was dismissed and I'm facing 7 mo. los...s of license. I messed up pretty bad but overall Herman helped me the best he could and I appreciate it.

Mr. Alarcon handled a Bankruptcy for me about 11 years ago. In 2012 he did my divorce. Most recently, he handled a Driving While Suspended charge. The most recent matter had me really nervous because I knew that I had a high chance of losing my license. I called regularly and this attorney answe...red all of my questions. He always assured me that I was not a bother to him, often stating that wonderful people like me could never be a bother him. In the end, just as he had repeated many times, I didn't lose my license. He is simply a wonderful person and an excellent lawyer!!!

Shows genuine interest in getting to know his clients. I used him for a very nasty custody case after my previous attorney was useless.. I ...would re-hire him!
