Herman L Alarcon

Mr. Alarcon handled a Bankruptcy for me about 11 years ago. In 2012 he did my divorce. Most recently, he handled a Driving While Suspended charge. The most recent matter had me really nervous because I knew that I had a high chance of losing my license. I called regularly and this attorney answe...red all of my questions.
