When I'm not practicing law, I run, swim, hike, and garden. I also have written a science fiction novel. I'm conducting research so that I can complete volume 2 and 3 of the trilogy.
Recently, I had the good fortune to meet students from NJIT who helped me produce a film titled, "Trouble in Paradise." It's a documentary about a Class Action that I filed in the Federal District Court of New Jersey against Draeger Safety Diagnostic, the manufacturer of the breath tester used to prosecute suspected drunk drivers in New Jersey.
