Frank DiMarzio

Frank DiMarzio has practiced Workers' Compensation Law since he began his career as an attorney over forty years ago. A native of Newark, New Jersey and the brother of Catholic Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio, Frank has amassed a large following of loyal clients who trust him to fight relentlessly on their behalf and to obtain the best possible results for them. He has taken their fight all the way to the New Jersey Supreme Court on three separate occasions and has broadened the rights for not only his clients but for all working people.

Recognized by his peers as one of the state’s most skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Law Attorneys, Mr. DiMarzio has been repeatedly voted Super Lawyer by other attorneys in New Jersey thereby placing him in the top 5% of lawyers in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Frank DiMarzio is an active member of Justice James H. Coleman American Inn of Court, an amalgam of judges and lawyers designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the Workers Compensation Bench and Bar, where he mentors younger lawyers in the handling of workers compensation claims.

Since 2003, Frank DiMarzio has served as Vice President of the New Jersey Advisory Committee on Safety and Health (NJ COSH), a professional organization of lawyers and doctors who practice in the field of Workers Compensation. Since its inception, NJ COSH has worked on multiple pieces of pro-worker legislation which have been enacted into law.

A significant percentage of Mr. DiMarzio’s most difficult cases are referrals to him by other lawyers who recognize his skill and expertise the area of Workers’ Compensation Law.
