Evans Agrapidis, Personal Injury and Accident Lawyer in Jersey City New Jersey NJ is one of the founding members of the Agrapidis & Maroules law firm, which was formed in 1988 with Frank Leanza. Since the firm's inception, Mr. Agrapidis has specialized in personal injury matters for over 25 years, handling thousands of cases with a wide variety of clients, and representing them in all their personal injury needs. Mr. Agrapidis specialization includes but is not limited to the representation of his clients in: motor vehicle accidents, work related accidents, fall down cases, construction site accidents, wrongful death cases, and a wide variety of other personal injury categories resulting in mild to moderate injuries.
Prior to forming the law firm of Agrapidis & Maroules, Mr. Agrapidis was in private practice since 1985, bringing almost 30 years of his legal experience to his clients. Mr. Agrapidis attends court on a regular basis to meet with and service all of his clients and their diverse legal needs. Mr. Agrapidis is fluent in Greek and serves the legal needs of our current and prospective Greek-speaking clients.
Evans Agrapidis received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1978 with a concentration in Accounting with Honors and the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. In 1983, he received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. After completion of law school, Mr. Agrapidis served as a Clerk in the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey with Honorable John W. Devine. In addition, Mr. Agrapidis was admitted to the New Jersey State and New Jersey Federal Bars in 1983 and the New York State and New York Federal Bars in 1985, and is currently a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Agrapidis chose to protect the missing clients' money in his firm's attorney trust account under the client's name until the clients were located or contacted his office. Mr. Agrapidis opposed the Review Board's request and therefor he was reprimanded.”

Mr. Agrapidis disagreed with the Disciplinary Board's position that bonusing employees was inappropriate. Mr. Agrapidis fought to continue paying employee bonuses. The Board disagreed and therefore he was reprimanded.”
