Highly recommended

Ed has taken care of all my immigration needs. He was very accessible and helpful. All at a very reasonable cost. He always takes the safe and conservative path which is how I like things to be done.

Excellent Job!

I have known my immigration attorney, Ed White over 4 years. He had helped me with my first successful H1B petition in 2008 followed by its renewal 3 years later. More recently, he had helped with my successful green card petition. Right from collecting my recommendation letters, he had remained pat...ience in responding my questions regarding my case (some might have been very dumb and silly!) through several e-mails and phone calls. Most importantly, he clearly anticipated that I would get a RFE for a particular reason prior to my I-140 was filed. And, that is what happened once we filed my I-140. He had answers as well about how to respond RFE for my case. Within 10 days since our response, my I-140 was approved. He was very professional, was very clear in conveying the legal terms during the process and made sure he had all the documents necessary leaving no room for my petition to get rejected by USCIS. I would say that his legal fee was very nominal when compared to other attorneys and had allowed me to pay in installments based on where (ie, which step of the process) we were. I highly value and recommend his legal service to any non-immigrants.

Extremely resourceful and helpful

I know Ed for over 5 years now and he has handled both mine and my husband's H1-B cases and is also currently handling our green card processing. He is very professional and at the same time extremely helpful and responsive. I have always felt very comfortable asking him immigration related questions... (sometimes very trivial) and he has always been responsive. He is very knowledgable in his area of work and I felt that he always keeps himself informed about the current developments and discussions in immigration laws and advices accordingly. He always evaluates cases very carefully and tries to prepare it in such a way that its chances of rejection is minimized. Ed has processed H1-B cases for many of my colleagues and our company is very satisfied with his services. I highly recommend him.

Green Card - NIW (EB2) category

Ed presented my case for the permanent residency under the National Interest Waiver. Ed was honest and trustworthy. He worked hard including weekends and helped me with letter of recommendations and completion of my application package in a timely manner (within 10 days). I remember not being able to... afford to pay my legal fees while still being in graduate school and applying for my Green Card. Ed was lineant with me for late payments till I found work to support myself. I got approved in about a month after my application for the green card. Over the past 5 years he has been very quick to respond to my emails. I greatly appreciate his help in obtaining my green card.
