Wide ranging competency, personal skills, and ability to handle complex litigation and appeals make Mr. Orr my best attorney

Mr. Orr has handled a wide range of matters for me over the years, ranging from Real Estate matters, Labor Law, to a bogus felony criminal indictment he had dismissed prior to trial, commercial claims, matrimonial law, and appeals of real estate and the criminal case (before trial). His representa...tion has always been top-notch. He knows the law, and the practice of law, how to argue a case, to deal with prosecutors, and always helps me come out on top. I have worked with other attorneys that have higher rates over the past 30 years, and gotten much less generally. He is a pleasure to work with, and as competent an attorney as you will find- no matter the subject. Even when I don't have a great case and know the outcome will probably be negative, he will handle the case to my benefit, and not milk it for fees. I have seen him oppose large highly rated law firms, prosecutors, and specialized counsel, and have always been impressed. I have an Ivy League college degree, get deeply involved with the litigation, and appreciate the depth of his involvement, and intelligence he approaches the cases with. I have worked with attorneys on a variety of cases, contingent or not with multi-million dollar judgments, and Mr. Orr is a better attorney all around than any I have worked with. I recommend him without reservation.

Kevin Orr

I’ve been represented by Kevin Orr on a number of occasions in basic real-estate activity, traffic violations, etc. I found Kevin to be consistently helpful in basic activity & getting good outcomes in court cases. But on this last eviction case, Kevin went all out in an impressive display of knowl...edge of the law, court procedures & strategy. After the judge initially issued his finding that favored the defendant, Kevin interjected & persuaded the judge to listen to additional arguments. Kevin then took the court thru pertinant details – causing the judge to issue a different judgment – this time against the defendant. The judge showed that he was impressed by the way Kevin was able to open the courts eyes to the particulars that changed the outcome. I highly recommend Kevin Orr for all legal needs.

"Approximately seven or eight years ago, Kevin and I were opposing counsel on a rather procedurally-convoluted personal injury action. He did yeoman's work on behalf of his client - who came to him only upon discovering that her original attorney had allowed her Complaint to be dismissed due to his failure to take any action on her behalf. Kevin resuscitated the matter for her and got it restored to the active trial calendar. We spent close to ten days on trial in Essex County and ended up with a fair, just verdict, which his client never would have realized but for his tireless efforts on her behalf. I am pleased to say that while we did not know one another prior to being adversaries in that matter, we have remained friends in the years since. Kevin is an excellent attorney and an even better person - a credit to the practice of law."
