Excellent

We need more lawyers like Howard M. Weinstein. He is kind, with clients' interests at heart. He is a good communicator, knowledgeable of the law, sharp, perceptive, and persistent. His type is rare. I am so thankful to him for helping me out of false and malicious allegations from my administrator. G...od used him to give me this great victory. I would recommend him over and over.

Compassionate Yet Results Driven

We hired Howard to represent my daughter who received (what we believed to be excessive) traffic violations as a result of a car accident. Before we even hired him, Howard took the time to explain the process and told us what needed to be done not only to try to reduce the violation but also to prote...ct us from future liability. His manner was always empathetic, understanding that the issue was personal and emotional for us, but he kept us focused on what was necessary to successfully resolve the case. In the end, the case had the best outcome we could have hoped for...the violation was reduced to a minimal charge with no points. I highly recommend Howard without reservation.

Competent, calm and caring

When I got that middle-of-the-night phone call that my son was in jail, charged with 3 criminal offenses and 5 motor vehicle violations, I was filled with panic and anxiety. The first thing the next morning, I called Howard Weinstein. Howard has such a competent and calm manner that he immediately ...lessened my anxiety. He made the time to see my son that day and he quickly assessed the situation. Howard is a true professional: he knows the law inside and out; he communicates in a clear and concise manner; he is available and responsive to any questions at all times; he is very calm, which made us calm; and perhaps most importantly, he didn't judge us for what my son may or may not have done. Throughout the process, Howard was great at explaining what was going to happen and what the next steps would be. He will give you as much "hand-holding" as you need. We were extremely pleased with the resolution of the case. The criminal charges were dismissed, as were 3 out of the 5 motor vehicle violations. I can finally sleep again (at least until the next middle-of-the night phone call). I can't thank Howard enough!

Best Lawyer!

I was a nervous wreck when I received two traffic violations that could have resulted in increased premiums with my insurance and have points assigned to me. Mr. Weinstein was able to get the charges dismissed completely. He was extremely professional and kept me calm throughout the process. I am so... grateful for his assistance!

Best Lawyer You will Ever Need

We hired Mr. Weinstein on Avvo because of his good rating. From our experience, Mr. Weinstein deserves every bit of the "excellent" rating. Mr. Weinstein is extremely knowledgeable and confident. True to his words, he helped me remove the points and cleared my record. It was amazing to see how hi...s IQ and EQ work at best. Give him a call. He will give you his honest opinion and his very best. If you decide to hire him, let him take the lead. He knows every cranny of the process. We did the right thing by hiring Mr. Weinstein.
