I hired Scott to take care of a criminal trespassing and criminal theft situation. His prices were reasonable and he treated me more like a friend than a client. I hired Scott for a DWI and drug charge.  I was very nervous because a conviction for either charge was going to effect my immigration status and lead to deportation.  I was also concerned about losing my driver's license and having a criminal conviction.  Scott worked tirelessly on my case, revi...ewed discovery with me and answered all my questions.  We appeared for trial and retained an expert. After pointing out some flaws with the case, Scott was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the DWI and to put me on a program for the drug charge that will result in dismissal in a year.  I will not be deported and I can still obtain my citizenship.  I do not have a criminal record and did not lose my license.  Scott is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him.  

The word lawyer make me sick because of their high price and a stigma, of arrogance attitude that go along with it. However, my family lawyer Scoot Alevras prove me wrong. Today my daughter is no longer a victim thanks to to Scoot hard work.
