Represented me for a DUI charge

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Scott Alevras of Musto & Alevras and the outcome of the case. Reasonable Suspicion and Articulable Facts

My attorney did a superb job reviewing the discovery evidence of the case including the Police Officer body cam footage and Police Reports. These efforts combined with extensive experience with DUI/DWI cases enabled Scott to file a motion to dismiss the DWI and Refusal of the Breathalyzer test. Both ...charges were dismissed. Brilliant work. Thank you Scott!

A Kind, Fair & Professional Attorney

Mr. Alevras's guidance helped me feel more relaxed and confident before and during my case. He understood and explained everything to me as it went along, and there was never a moment in which I doubted his capabilities. With his help, I received a fair, reasonable sentence. Scott is great! I was caught while drinking and he was able to get the charges dropped and was given the minimum suspension days. Very easy to get in contact with, very organized and has a nice personality. would reccommend him to everyone.

Very thorough

Mr Alevras took my reckless driving case on after poor judgement on my part. He hired the right experts to review a potential DUI with loss of license for a year. After many months he was able to obtain a 45 day suspension and a fine. The prosecutors respect him.
