A Lawyer That Will Fight For You Until The End.

There really are not enough words to describe what an amazing and dedication attorney John Daniels is. I came to John Daniels after firing my first lawyer. Mr. Daniels took over my custody case and immediately starting fighting for me and continues to do so. He makes himself available to all his clie...nts and is always there to answer all my questions. John Daniels is a dedicated lawyer that will fight for you until the end. I highly recommend his excellent services. If you are looking for a family law lawyer that will fight for you he is your man.

Best Lawyer who gets the job done!

John Daniels is one of the best Lawyer I know. He is our family lawyer. He goes above and beyond for his clients. If I ever have any legal questions he’s always available to answer all my questions . He is very compassionate and very dedicated to his job. I would highly recommend him as your lawyer....

Stay away from this man. I contacted Daniels regarding a family court matter. Having left a message as a potential new client, he returned my call promptly. I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes, during which time he spoke of his experience, all the cases he handled with a positive outcome, as w...ell as knowing most of the judges, including the one assigned to my matter. His salesmanship was effective, I agreed to retain him and provided him with a credit card. At that point he set up a telephone consult for two days later. Sadly, on the appointment day he said he couldn’t speak, but, I will call you. He never did. At this time my court date was rapidly approaching and a response needed to be filed to a pending motion. I finally heard from him after placing many calls to his office, at which time he said he made a call to the court to adjourn the case. Again after many calls to him that remained unanswered, he finally answered after many days. He said he was driving to Boston at the end of the week that we could speak then while he was driving. After not hearing from , I finally got him when I called. Once again he said he couldn’t speak, despite that he had told me he would bring me current, in that, a response needed to be filed to a pending motion and time was of the essence. He stated that he had not had a chance to do anything but make a phone call to adjourn the case. At that point I lost all confidence in him and fired him, he represented that he would return the retainer, but he never did. Finally weeks later after having been contacted by my new and very competent attorney, he returned $1,300 of the $3,500 given to him. For making one phone call this man charged me $2,200. This man should not be permitted to practice law. Stay away at all cost.

Astute, savvy attorney

John is a very savvy attorney and knowledgeable of the law. I'm always amazed at how he brings his "A" game without fail to every venue where his skills are needed and/or on display. He's helped me, my family, and my business for the past twenty years. Though he is quite astute in his practices, he... also is humble enough to know when to refer a case to another lawyer if he feels that he does not provide enough knowledge in that area.
