I hired Allison to handle what we both thought would be a very simple divorce case. When the opposition became difficult, and the process became quite lengthy, Allison handled everything with professionalism and at the same time fighting very diligently for me. I could not have made it through this... long, difficult time with out her help and care. She always went above and beyond for me and continued to keep me in the loop no matter how small the detail. Her paralegals and team are also just as amazing as she is. She is extremely knowledgeable, tactful, direct and always keeps it real, which I appreciate. She truly made a horrible situation bearable with her sense of humor and how down to earth she is.

She's personable, explains things in clear terms, and tried to find the fastest and most cost effective resolution to my situation. Any tim...e I raised a concern with how things were progressing she listened and gave thoughtful honest responses about what could or couldn't be done to address them. She always responded promptly via email or arranged to speak when the topic was more complex. When my spouse became uncooperative and unresponsive, she took an appropriately more aggressive approach to obtain a judgment in my favor. My in court proceedings were very limited so I can't comment much on that aspect, other than she was well prepared and prepared me well for them. The best thing I can say is throughout the process I felt like I was treated as a person, not simply a client. Overall I'm very happy with the services I received and I'd recommend Allison.

I found Allison in my search for a lawyer who was trained in collaborative divorce. My ex husband and I are very amicable and did not need a long drawn out process to define our terms. Collaborative law allows you to pretty much do whatever you want that is agreeable to both parties and draws up a ...settlement agreement making sure you have not forgotten any important details. She was not interested in drawing out the process to make more money for herself and even told us that it was not necessary for her to go to the courthouse for the judge to sign the papers in an effort to save us both money. She is very straightforward and down to earth and I highly recommend her. However, I hope I never have opportunity to use her services again. Ha ha!
