A1 witch
My husband hired this person because he wanted to marry a Twinkie. Completely dismissive, sexist, and gross. Should be disbarred.
Given the statements made in this "review," I felt it important to comment. I would like to note for anyone reviewing this page, that in fact, I did not consult with this person. Rather, I represented her husband in their divorce. I provided no legal advice to this person and thus, it is inaccurate to state that I was dismissive as it was not my role to provide any insight or recommendations to this client. The parties had been separated for several years prior to the divorce action. My role was to represent my client, advocate for his rights and to draft a settlement agreement that, factually speaking, was quite fair to both sides. I can certainly appreciate in this, and in every divorce action, there are heightened emotions for the parties. It is nothing anyone ever plans for or anticipates. I make every attempt to always take that into consideration and to be empathetic to all involved, whether they are my clients or not. I represent women and men and believe strongly in always working towards an amicable resolution and helping to guide everyone towards their new normal. I can only wish this person well in the future.

She let my ex take all my money from a joint account without going after it. Then, after trumping up and extra $1000 in costs when she was fired, she continues to charge me going forward. They will try to force you to sign something to waive all of your rights when they promise to only alleviate ...
I am most sorry that you feel this way. In all cases, I do always discuss all options with clients so that they can make the final decision on how they wish to proceed. I can only make the best recommendations to each individual client based on their individual case and circumstances and how a court might decide. If there is any issue with being billed after a substitution of attorney was signed, please reach out to my office directly as there should be no reason this is not immediately taken care of. Thank you.
